  • Return and Refund Policy

    If you change your mind, we are happy to cancel or exchange your order before 6pm EST.

    In the case of any faulty, incorrect or missing items received, we will provide a partially or fully refund depends on the circumstances. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 21 days of your purchase to request a return or refund. We may require supporting evidences, such as photographs or a description of the fault or error, to carry out the process.  

  • Shipping policy

    We collect orders all through out the week. We typically roast on Mondays and Wednesdays.

    Although we will try our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible, generally orders placed after Wednesday will be included in the following week’s fulfillment (the week after).

  • Exchange Policy

    Exchanges can only be made before the order is fulfilled. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot process any requests.

    To request an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible at flowcoffeeatl@gmail.com with your order #, the item(s), and the size of the item(s) you would like to exchange it for.

  • Where else can we buy retail bags of your coffee?

    Currently, you can purchase retails bags of our coffee at Con Leche (Reynoldstown) and The PostCard (Buckhead).
